Meet Hayley Ryan, Founder Fun Mums Project
Hey! I'm Hayley - Occupational Therapist, mum of three, business owner and recovering people-pleaser who thought burnout was just part of motherhood, (and business).
or years, I helped clients regulate their nervous systems in clinical settings, but it wasn’t until I became a mum - juggling work, kids, and constant pressure to keep everyone happy, that I understood what it really feels like to be running on empty.
Between deadlines, school drop-offs, and trying to stay calm through it all, I tested every stress relief method out there and built new ones when the “perfect” wellness routines didn’t fit into real mum life.
That’s when I realised something important: mums in business don’t need another self-care plan. We need practical tools that work during chaos, not despite it.
