Hey! I'm Hayley, Occupational Therapist, mum of three, business owner, and recovering people-pleaser who thought burnout was just part of motherhood.
For years, I helped clients regulate their nervous systems in clinical settings. But it wasn't until I became a mum juggling work, kids, and the constant pressure to keep everyone happy that I understood what it really feels like to run on empty.
Between school drop-offs, deadlines, and trying to stay calm through it all, I tested every stress relief method out there. Most of them didn't fit real mum life. So over time, I built tools that did.
That's when I realised something important: mums don't need another self-care plan. We need practical tools that work during chaos.
