Hey! I'm Hayley - Occupational Therapist, mum of three, and recovering people-pleaser who thought burnout was just part of motherhood.

For years, I helped clients regulate their nervous systems in clinical settings, but it wasn't until I became a mum that I truly understood what it felt like to be overwhelmed, exhausted, and running on empty. Between managing three kids, work demands, and trying to keep everyone else happy, I found myself using just about every stress relief technique in the book - and creating new ones when traditional methods didn't fit into real mum life.

That's when I realised something important: mums don't need perfect self-care routines. We need practical tools that work during chaos, not despite it.

As an Occupational Therapist, I understand how the nervous system works and what it needs to feel calm and regulated. As a mum, I know these tools have to work in the car, during toddler meltdowns, and at 3am when your brain won't switch off.
