You're in.
Your Zoom link is on its way to your inbox right now. Everything you need is below.
Three things, now
Two minutes and you're set.
-
Put it in your calendar
Not a mental note. An actual appointment, the way you'd book one for anybody else in your house. That single act is the difference between turning up and meaning to.
-
Save your Fun Prescription
It's in your confirmation email. One page. Print it if you can... you'll be writing on it while we're together, and by hand matters more than you'd think.
-
Find a pen
Put it somewhere you'll see it beforehand. That's the whole preparation.
In the session
Nothing to prepare.
- Camera on or off. Entirely your call. Plenty of women keep it off and that's completely fine.
- Come as you are. Washing in the background, teenager wandering through, all of it is normal.
- You'll be writing. One page, filled in while we're together, not homework for later.
- There's live Q&A. Bring the question nobody's given you a straight answer to.
And if life gets busy and you can't make it live, I get it. A replay will be sent out afterwards so you don't miss it.
One small thing beforehand
Notice when you sit down.
Between now and the workshop, catch yourself at the moment you finally sit down. The house has gone quiet, nobody needs anything, and you've got the chair to yourself.
Don't try to change it. Just notice what your brain does in the ten seconds after you land.
Whatever you notice, bring it with you. It'll make a lot more sense by the end of the hour.
See you soon,
Hayley
